 The Amateur Chess Championship (Below 1700, Below 2000 and Below 2300) Open and Girls is being organized online by Raipur Chhattisgarh Pradesh Chess Association from 24th July.

 Giving information, Organizing Secretary Hemant Khute said that the competition of Billo 2300 and Billo 2000 has been held on 24th and 25th July.  Players ranging from Unrated to 1999 rating in below 2000 competition and players from Unrated to 2299 rating in below 2300 can take part.

  Below 1700 selection competition will start from 31st July.  In this competition only players from Chhattisgarh state ranging from unrated to maximum 1699 rating can participate.

 The selection competition will be played on Tornello format from computer and laptop.  Mobile use will be strictly prohibited.  The entry fee for the competition has been kept at ₹ 500 and the last date to participate in the competition has been fixed before 12 midnight. The selected players of all these categories will represent Chhattisgarh in the national chess selection competition.  For detailed information about the competition, players can take phone calls from Hemant Khute and Saroj Vaishnav.
